My group and I took a trip Port Richmond, we went through a tour and our tour guide was a person that works at the Philadelphia Port Authority. The Philadelphia Port Authority is a company that mostly controls shipping and receiving ports. We on a tour bus which had no air conditioning, and I was burning up. We went to different stops through the Tioga Marine Terminal, and I saw alot of ports. I learned that the Tioga Marine Terminal receives and ships food product and clothes from different countries. I learned that the hamburger meat from McDonald’s is originally from Australia.
